Purpose Statement
To share Christ with those who do not know Him; disciple those who do know Him; encourage one another through fellowship; minister to those in need in our church, community and around the world. (Matthew 28:19-20, I John 1:7, Romans 12:13)

ROSES encourages women to grow as followers of Jesus Christ by getting involved in the family of God. There are opportunities available for women who want to get connected through:

Ministries

Sisters Shepherding Sisters

Purpose: Sisters Shepherding Sisters is a ministry designed to help ladies who are new members connect with other women in the fellowship.

Mission Statement: The mission of Sisters Shepherding Sisters is to provide one-on-one personal contact to each new member as soon as possible, making them feel welcomed and wanted.

Goals:

• To reach each new member by personal contact within the first week of joining HHBC.
• To provide information about the ministries and programs of the church.
• To go one step beyond the established Outreach Ministry
• To help each woman find a place of service

Discipleship Classes

There are many exciting Discipleship Class Opportunities available. We will be beginning our Fall Session soon, so stay tuned for details!

Women On Mission

Messengers
Senior women of Heritage Hills organized to study about missions, pray for missionaries and participate in mission action projects. Programs taken from "Mosaic" and "Mission Leader" literature. We meet monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 10:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. A luncheon follows.

Samaritans
Samaritans is a mission group that exists to provide an avenue for women to be actively involved in missions. Our goal is to participate in missions both locally and world wide with the purpose of showing the love of Jesus and bringing people to faith in Jesus Christ. We will provide many mission opportunities in 2006 that can be supported by the entire church body. We meet monthly on the second Friday of the month at 9:45 a.m. in the Banquet Room.
